Refund Policy

If Talking Pumpkin doesn't work for you, or you just aren't happy with it, you can have a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.

How to ask

Email halloween@pobox.com with the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller, processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

A refunded pass stops working. If something isn't working, tell us first: we're glad to help you get your pumpkin talking.
